2010 LOMBARDY: INCENTIVES IN THEFT SECURITY

Retail: contributions to support innovation in the distribution system Lombard

is running out for the end (December 15, 2010) for submission of application to the notice of the expenditure earmarked for the development of process innovations in technology, organization, management, promoted by Regione Lombardia and Chamber System Lombardo. The beneficiaries are micro and small enterprises in the retail trade. Among
investment, which fall in the list of eligible expenses are included those in security technologies and prevention of criminal acts performed as:

• burglar alarms car alarms or alarms satellite tracking system linked to the central supervisory

• video surveillance equipment;

• video-cassette recording and protection in respect of similar legislative decree No 30 June 2003 196 on the protection of privacy;

• cameras connected directly with the central law enforcement officials;

• shoplifting systems

The contribution is repayable and is equal to 50% admitted investment;

Al contribution allowed investment not less than € 5,000.00 excluding VAT and will be awarded up to a maximum of € 7,500.00
Investment should be supported by invoices (excluding VAT and other taxes ) issued and receipted in the period between October 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011, assets subject to facility must be delivered and installed within the same terms.

Regional Law 28/99 Art. 18 paragraph 1 letter. B - Soft loans to commercial enterprises

RECIPIENTS

Micro business, registered in the Registo businesses and established operations in the Piedmont Region, exercising activities:
- retail fixed premises or walking
- the public administration of food and beverages
- the sale of newspapers and magazines
- agents and sales representatives

Excluding companies operating in the following sectors: wholesale-

-special forms of retailing
-commerce activities in art. 4 Section 2, of Legislative Decree No 31/03/1998 114 (eleven sectors, including pharmacies, tobacconists and petrol stations)

The financial benefits are reduced by half in the case of undertakings operating activities primoscua.

OBJECT of Facility (Security)

Investments, the eligible amount to Euro 25.000,00 VAT excluded at the achievement of at least one of several goals including: administrative attention aimed to retraining and upgrading of security systems;

are eligible for funding, investment, minimum amount of EUR 15,000.00 VAT (played for the same business) the achievement of at least one of the following objectives:
- administrative attention to regeneration and strengthening of security systems;

Included in this field that actions aimed at:
